Felectrico's products are covered by a warranty period of 12 months, providing assurance for a full year. This voluntary warranty doesn't impact your statutory rights under applicable laws.
1.2 Warranty Claim for Quality-Related Issues during the Warranty PerioD

• *Offline Purchase:* Reach out to the store/distributor or agent directly for assistance with after-sale questions.
• Warranties on products are void after full refunds.
*Valid Proof of Purchase to Claim Warranty:*
• *Products purchased from Felectrico.com:* Provide the order number or sales invoice showing the sales channel, product details, price, and sales date.
• *Products purchased from other channels:* Valid purchase invoice, product information evidence confirmed by Felectrico's service team.
1.3 Not Covered Under Warranty:
• Products without sufficient proof of purchase
• Lost or stolen products
• Items beyond their warranty period
• Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
• Free products
• Repairs through 3rd parties
• Damage from outside sources
• Damage from misuse of products (falls, extreme temperatures, water, improper operation)
• Purchases from unauthorized resellers
• Other situations not specified in this policy

Felectrico's after-sales service provides various methods and solutions based on the warranty period and product issues. This includes return, replacement, and repair services. The after-sales service method depends on the policies and rules of your purchase channel/platform.
• Felectrico products received as gifts enjoy quality defective replacement and warranty period.
• For non-Felectrico brand products presented by official business activities, corresponding brand after-sales service will be provided.
• Service policies signed with different platforms remain valid during the agreement period.
• The warranty period begins on the day your product is received. If the invoice or related warranty certificate is lost, the warranty period extends by 3 months from the product SN or production date.
• Replacements or accessories for products replaced due to quality problems enjoy the remaining warranty period of the original order.
• This warranty policy may be updated by Felectrico.
